This is the original one sheet poster (aprox. 27" by 41") for

(1936), the first
Jones Family
comedy. This popular series ran for 17 films! This movie starred
Jed Prouty, Shirley Deane, Dixie Dunbar, Tony Martin
and
Spring Byington
. It was directed by
James Tinling
for 20th Century Fox. This poster was folded for shipping to theaters, and it's condition is

( Fantastic shape for a poster from 1936! The paper is in great condition, the colors are bright. The only reason I wouldn't rate it as Near Mint is because there is some extra creasing around some fold lines that need flattening. A few paper tape re-inforcements on the back, and a 2" tear at the right-hand border of the upper horizontal fold line). Please see the reference to grading standards in the last paragraph. This poster was purchased from the inventory of
Collectors Bookstore
in Hollywood, when they decided to close their doors and retire.
It is an authentic and genuine theatrical poster, not a reproduction!

Jon Warren.  I am not a grading expert, so I will offer a general and conservative estimate of the grade based upon Warren's system and trust that you will make your own evaluation based upon the large photograph provided.
