Additional Information:
I remember my only time in Unalaska was when I was stationed aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Northwind in 1968. We moored some where a ways from town, but had to cross a shallow estuary to get to the Saloon named the Elbow Room. We also stopped along the way and looked at the Russian Orthodox Church. We had to pay a local citizen to row us across the estuary. Myself and shipmates also climbed Mt. Ballyhoo and had difficulty when we neared the top, falling partway into snow covered abandoned gun emplacements. There was a great view from the top of the mountain!
To the best of our ability we describe all defects, if any. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to email us.
