    Original First Division Pictures Style B One Sheet Poster (27x41) for the Cliff Wheeler war drama, COMRADES (1928) starring Helen Costello, Donald Keith, Gareth Hughes, and Lucy Beaumont. The film begins in a military academy where cadets Hughes and Keith have different responses to World War I. Hughes tries to duck military service on the battlefields of France, but Keith selflessly offers to serve in his place. Throughout the war, the courageous deeds of Keith are attributed to Hughes. Finally unable to live a lie any longer, Hughes embarks on a suicide mission and is killed. A deathbed confession sets the record straight, and Keith is finally recognized for his courageous deeds. The original stone lithography style B one sheet poster is folded and in very good condition. The poster may be purchased "as is" or we will have it fully restored at no extra charge.
