From 1921, this is the November issue of Motion Picture Magazine.  The overall condition is an 8 out of ten with minor upper and lower spine chipping along with foxing/stains along the top and right edge of the front cover as shown.  NO pinholes.  NO cello tape.  NO pages clipped.
