From 1928, this is The Reader's Library Photoplay edition of Noah's Ark.  Measuring in at 4 x 7 inches, the overall condition of the DJ is a 6+ out of ten with some chipping to the spine as shown along with minor chipping to the edges.  Inside flaps are attached.  The book itself has started to peel at the top of the spine.  Otherwise binding is tight.
