From 1939, this is an ORIGINAL studio issued US herald to Dodge City.  Measuring in at a whopping 16 x 22 inches, the overall condition is an 8 out of ten with minor pencil notation and mild scrapbook remnants on the backside.  NO pinholes.  NO cello tape.
Herald has one vertical and two horizontal factory folds.
