The Haunted House, the 1928 Benjamin Christensen horror comedy (about people gathering at a house to hear the reading of a will; a plot that would be reused many many times!) starring Chester Conklin, Thelma Todd, Larry Kent, Edmund Breese, Montagu Love (as the Mad Doctor), Sidney Bracey, William V. Mong, Barbara Bedford, and Flora Finch. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that
no surviving copies are thought to exist.
Window Card is in NM+ It has been professionally restored and backed. You almost can't tell it has
been restored. Would look great framed. Window cards are getting harder to find.(1928) Needs to be packaged with thick cardboard
