The poster had a Dutch stamp in the top left background area. There was minor wear on the folds and around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not very distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
The Miracle Rider, the 1935 B. Reeves Eason & Armand Schaefer Native American Indian cowboy western serial ("Sensational 15 episode serial of the Texas Rangers"; "Foremost Western Star in the History of Motion Pictures"; "Fifteen thrill-packed episodes with the greatest western star in the history of motion pictures!"; "The greatest western star rides again!"; "A Mascot Master Serial") starring Tom Mix ("Idol of every boy in the world!"; "The outstanding Western Star of all time!..."; "His first serial! His greatest picture!") "with Tony, Jr.", Joan Gale, Charles Middleton, Robert Frazer, and Niles Welch. Note that Tom Mix had been the number one silent cowboy star, and that he had continued making westerns until 1929. Note that it has been said that Tom Mix's horse Tony (who co-starred with him in all those many silent movies) was the greatest horse ever in westerns (apparently he could untie knots with his teeth and he would run INTO burning buildings, something no other horse would do). He was in all of Mix's movies until Mix retired in 1929, Mix came out of retirement in 1932 and made five movies, all with "Tony Jr.", and then he retired again.

Near Mint:
May have the slightest of wear.
Fine:
May have minimal wear with a small number of pinholes in the borders and/or slight fold wear. Minor tape on the back and/or very small tears are also allowable, as is slight fading.
VG-Fine:
In slightly more used condition than fine, but still very presentable.
Very Good:
May have some fold separation, border staining or small tears, but the image is still relatively clean.
Good:
Slightly below average used condition.
Can use restoration but is still fairly presentable
Fair/Poor:
Needs restoration.In general very worn
