  • Condition: Condition: fair to good. The poster has darkened and it is fragile. There are tears and small paper loss around the edges and part of the borders were surely trimmed off). It also had separation and tiny paper loss on parts of the folds, and someone put tape on the back of many of those areas, and some of the tape caused the front of the poster to darken unevenly

    An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 26 1/2" x 41 3/4" [67 x 106 cm])
    Riders of the Rio, the 1930 Robert Emmett Tansey cowboy western ("All talking action western") starring Lane Chandler, Karla Cowan, Sheldon Lewis, Bob Card, James Sheridan, and Fred Parker
    Important Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 26 1/2" x 41 3/4" [67 x 106 cm]. Note that this one-sheet was created by "Woolever Press" of Los Angeles, California. Woolever Press created one-sheets and window cards for movies that were distributed to theaters who (for one reason or another) had difficulty obtaining studio issue paper. Woolever Press posters were created during a movie's first release. This is similar to the posters created by "the other company", as an alternate to studio issue posters.
    Storyline
    Two ranchers are rivals not only over cattle but also over a beautiful young Mexican girl.
