Please do your homework on this to validate like I have...After talking with Grey Smith of Heritage Auctions and allowing him to see the poster, It was shown to be the 40 x 60 inch 1930,s Poster re released in new sound with a 100 piece orchestra,
The provenance of the poster is as follows..Hollywood hired the Aitken Brothers of Wausheka county Wi. who owned Keystone film company, The brothers trekked to Hollywood and made a number of silent movies into the 1920's..There were some disagreementswith Hollywood so the brothers employed DW GRIFFITH who ended um directing the movie with one of the brothers producing the film.
The brothers left Hollywood nd returned to the homestead in the early 30's
In the late 1960's The contents of their estate were sold both had passed away..Lola Doughty an antiques dealer went to the auction; among the antiques was this poster,,,She purchased it for a friend of hers Jack Wright who had a movie theater in his home, they were from Mt Home ARKANSS...Mr Wright passed and his wife sold it to . Randy and Donna Long of Horsesoe Bend Arkansas....I purchased the poster from them...THE POSTER IS NOT PAPER..IT IS LINEN OR LIGHT CANVAS...MINIMAL SEAM DAMAGE..THE AITKENS BROS HAD IT CUT DOWN  TO 38 IN  TO 58IN  TO ACCOMADATE THE FRAME,ITS PROFFESIONAL BACKED...
EXTREMELY RARE TO THE POINT WHERE MYSELF AND PREVIOUS OWNERS COULDNT FIND ANOTHER.....THANKS TO GREY SMITH AT HERITAGE  FOR IDENTIFYING THE POSTER..
