  • Condition: These original, unrestored, Very Fine to Near Mint (VF/NM) two (2) Lobby Cards exhibit rich colors with exquisite detail of the images on basically pristine backgrounds. The few, minor flaws that exist are unobtrusive to the appearance of the Lobby Cards. Each Lobby Card has 1 to 2 pin holes in each of the corners. There is minor, faint creasing at the top two corners of each Lobby Card and slight wear at all corner tips; one corner has minor paper tape (1/2") on the reverse. There is a faint scrap on the "Pink Shirt" Lobby Card on the right to the left of the name "Samuel" in the brown area. There is a tiny crease (1/8") on the "Pink Shirt" Lobby Card on the left to the left of the saddle in the orange circular area. There are no tears, no tape residue, and no soiling or smudging. There is no loss of paper or color. The Lobby Cards have a low to low/medium gloss. These are two bright, colorful Lobby cards featuring the iconic Bing Crosby. Please review the photos carefully.

    These are
    the Original (1sh) 1936 Lobby Cards (2) for
    RHYTHM ON THE RANGE.
    These two (2) Lobby Cards were distributed by
    Paramount
    to promote the movie when it was released in 1936.  They are not reproductions nor reprints.  The movie stars
    Bing Crosby, Frances Farmer
    , Martha Raye, and Samuel S. Hinds.  It was directed by Norman Taurog.
    These unrestored movie Lobby Cards each measure 11" x 14".
    They come
    with an unattached stiff cardboard backing.
    These original movie Lobby Cards are graded C8.5, Very Fine to Near Mint.
    Original movie Lobby Cards are graded as follows from the top down: C10 (Mint), C9 (Near Mint), C8 (Very Fine), C7 (Fine/Very Fine), C6 (Fine or Very Good), C5 (Good to Very Good), C4 (Good), etc.   These Lobby Cards have an excellent appearance and are immediately ready for framing and display.  They give off a very clean, bright appearance.  The pin holes in the corners are unobtrusive - moreso, proper framing could help alleviate their appearance in part or fully.
