    Vintage original 27 x 41" (68 x 102 cm.) one sheet poster, USA. James Gleason, Lucile Gleason, Russell Gleason, Harry Davenport, Marie Wilson, dir: Gus Meins; Republic. Lively caricature art of James Gleason as Joe Higgins and Harry Davenport as Grandpa Higgins for this romp in the Republic Studios Higgins Family series. The series ran between 1938-40, and the husband-and-wife team of James and Lucile Gleason (along with son Russell) starred in the nine films.
    In this outing, Joe undergoes some job changes. Warner Brothers' star Marie Wilson was borrowed to add to the cast of regulars. On linen, with only slight professional restoration of minor chips and slight fold wear, NEAR FINE.
