Condition:
This Vintage Swiss Vernier Caliper was made by PROCH ROLLE SWITZERLAND. It is in Excellent Condition with no rust or previous owner's names or ID markings. It does have some light scratches from age, use and storage. On the back of each jaw it is stamped "No 6 16". On the front side it has the "PROCH ROLLE SWITZERLAND" shield logo with a + cross in its middle on the upper left-hand corner. It has " FABRIQUE A ROLLE SUISSE INOXYDABLE TREMPE" stamped in the upper right-hand corner. It has 2-inch vernier scales. The bottom one reads in .001" increments and the top one reads in increments of 1/64". On the back side it has a depth gage scale in 1/32" and 1/64" increments. It has a 7" capacity and measures 10-7/8" OAL. This vernier caliper features a fine adjustment.
