    Takahashi Japan Crackle Glaze Porcelain Spaniel Bookend . Has original Takahashi sticker. This spaniel has the saddest eyes, ever! Designed to be filled with sand and act as bookend. This is NOT a pair - single bookend. The flap that covers the opening has a removable paper protecting the sticky tape that will glue the flap in place, once the figure is filled. The “Secret Compartment” has also been suggested to be used as an urn for pet ashes. As this one has apparently never been filled, the use would be at the buyers discretion.
